At Zbox, we want to provide you modernized service that makes purchasing Heavy Equipment Parts quick, fast, and simple. Zbox collects and uses two types of personal information, Personal Identifiable Data and Anonymous Data.

We reserve the right to share the Anonymous Data of individuals or groups of individuals at any time.

We collect and store personal data when you register for, interact with our website and services, or otherwise provide it. Why?

We collect personal data when necessary to provide a fully functional service. Without specific personal data we would be unable to ship and deliver goods, complete transactions, or offer customer support.

You provide some data to us directly. For example,

Account creation data

Upon account creation we store your basic account data including but not limited to, your email address, country of residence, and password. Once created, your account will be assigned a generated identifier that is used to reference your account without directly storing Personal Identifying Information. A real name is not required in account creation.

Transaction and Payment Data

In order to make a purchase, you need to provide us with payment and shipping information to make the purchase possible. This includes typical fields such as Card Holder name, security code, expiration date, card number, shipping address, etc.

Other Data You Submit

When you utilize certain website features you are providing data. This could include leaving reviews, leaving feedback, or submitting other user generated content. When you communicate with us directly through email, chat, or phone, you are directly providing us with information.

Some data is automatically tracked when you use our website.

Zbox wants to create a user-friendly experience. To do this, we need to know how people navigate and use our website. We track what pages you visit, for how long, or even what products you view. On the Personal Data side, we may track browser and device information among other things.


Browser cookies are small bits of information transferred from our website and stored on your device. We use cookies to help provide you a seamless experience. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser, however, some cookies remain on your computer so you can “remember you” when you come back to our website. This is how we know what items you might be interested in and what items you had in your cart but didn’t purchase. Content Recommendations

In a desire to improve and personalize your customer experience, we use data collected from you to make more accurate product recommendations and offers to you through our website. To stop this, you can disable cookies (see above).

We may send marketing emails subject to separate consent that may or may not be tailored for you using collected information. We also receive data on whether or not you open these messages and which links you click on from our emails. You can opt-out or withdraw consent at any time. Either on the same page where you opted-in, or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email.

How long do we store data?

We store data as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and as long as we are legally obligated to do so by applicable law. After this retention period, the data will be deleted, blocked, or anonymized, as provided by applicable law.

Note that certain transaction data covered under statutory commercial/tax law is required to be retained for up to ten (10) years.

If you delete your account, your Personal Data will be marked for deletion except where legal requirements or other prevailing legitimate purposes dictate a longer storage date.

If you object to the processing of Personal Data, we will review your objection and delete the Personal Data processed for the purposes to which you objected without undue delay, unless another legal basis for processing and retaining specified data exists or unless applicable law requires us to retain the data.
