When you buy from a seller on Zbox, you’re directly supporting an independent business, each with its own unique listings, policies, and processing times. We want you to be satisfied with your order and have confidence in the sellers you’re buying from, that’s why we put the return policies in the seller’s hands. We feel that the manufacturers of these parts know more about them than anyone else, so we allow them to set their own policies regarding their returns and procedures.
When making a purchase, be sure to check out the “Returns and Warranties” section in the description of a part, this area is where a seller will tell you all about how they handle their business. If you decide that you do need to return an item or if something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us directly at email@example.com with your order information, and we will raise a return request with the seller.
There are a few reasons why you may want to contact us regarding order issues or returns:
No longer need the item purchased
The item you purchased never arrived
The item arrived damaged, possibly during transit
The item does not fit as described or is otherwise non-functional for the purpose it was designed.

Although Zbox is not directly involved in a transaction between a buyer and a seller, we know that sometimes things go wrong, and in those cases we’re here to help. If communication between you and the seller is not going well, or you feel that their decision was incorrect, please email us and we will work with both parties to come to a resolution. Please keep in mind that in certain cases you may be deemed at fault, and may be liable for the return shipping costs or other costs incurred by the seller for returning an item.
